Mr. Tikaram BK is a dedicated practitioner in the field of natural healing, Ayurveda, yoga, and ecological restoration, with a deep commitment to holistic living and sustainable health.

 

He completed his Intermediate education in Science (Biology) in Kathmandu, Nepal, and pursued Bachelor of Ayurveda Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) for 2.5 years, gaining strong foundations in traditional Indian medicine. He further strengthened his expertise by earning a Doctor of Naturopathy and Yoga from Gorakhpur Arogya Mandir, India.
